Artwork guidelines are what we at Advanta Print prefer. If you do not meet these guidelines or are unsure, please don't hesitate to call us at (920) 329-2114.
We will not turn away jobs that don't meet our guidelines.
Customers should supply artwork via email in the form of a vector image, PDF, EPS, AI, BMP, PSD, or JPG. Please provide the art at a minimum of 300 DPI. If the artwork supplied requires typesetting, changes, touch-ups, or does not meet Advanta Print specifications, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and charge accordingly. If requested, we will provide you with a sample sew-out for approval before sewing on the actual garments.
Digitizing fees start at a minimum of $35.00 for chest or cap locations. Large full fronts or backs could range between $80 to $100 depending on how detailed the design is. Original digitizing is a one-time fee. However, if edits need to be made on a later day, a $25 edit fee will be added to your order.
The following are not considered desirable: photocopies, pen and/or pencil drawings, business cards, and letterheads. Although we can digitize these, the quality is only as good as the material you supply us with. Please provide us with the best top-quality art you can.

Changes to the actual proof are subject to additional costs. All proofs must be approved within 3 days of receipt or production delays may occur.
Embroidery Disks
For customer-supplied disks, Tajima DSTs are accepted. Basic changes to the layout can be made (i.e. delete or add a section, reorder sections and resize up to 10%). Resizing past 10% will require a new disk as will increase or decrease in the thickness of specific sections.
Please note that customer-supplied disks created for specific colors or fabrics may not be compatible with our products (i.e., previously done on hats may not sew well on bags). In cases such as these, a new disk may be needed
